Team leader/Group Leader of In Vivo Oncology

岗位描述：

Responsibility:

·Lead a team of in vivo scientists to conduct in vivo oncology studies including but not limited to target validation, MTD, efficacy and non-GLP toxicity studies

·Supervise and train junior scientists technically

·Plan and execute in vivo studies, perform data analysis, write study report and communicate projects with clients timely

Manage the timeline of assigned projects

·Develop new in vivo tumor models and service platforms

任职资格：

Requirements:

·An experienced MS in Oncology or Pharmacology with an in-depth understanding of cancer biology

·At least three years of in vivo oncology experience with CDX, PDX, orthotopic models.

·Prior 5 years of industrial experience is needed

·Experience in in vitro oncology assays and histology is a plus

·Supervisory experience is required

·Excellent leadership, organizational , bookkeeping and communication skills.

Have the ability to effectively interact with colleagues and clients in a team environment, and the ability to independently plan, supervise and direct projects to completion are essential.

·Excellent Hands-on in vivo skills including rodent handling, standard various dosing techniques(IV, IP, SubQ, IM etc), tumor size measurement, rodent surgery and oncology endpoints

·Be able to effectively communicate in written in both Chinese and English
