重组蛋白的表达与纯化

Prepare proteins in prokaryotic or eukaryotic systems; separate the products according to project requirements.

构建重组细胞系

Construct recombinant cell line

构建并包装

Construct and package adenovirus or lentivirus

免疫接种小鼠或其他种属动物

Immunize mice or animals of other species.

完成杂交瘤细胞融合、筛选

Perform hybridomas fusion and screening

建立细胞活性检测模型并进行评价

Develop cell model and method for evaluation

抗体基因克隆

Rescue gene from clones with activity

抗体优化设计

Antibody engineering and optimization

任职资格：

要求具有细胞生物学、分子生物学研究背景的理科硕士学历或具有相关工作经验的理科学士学历。

M.S. degree in antibody technology, cell biology, molecular biology or B.S. with related experience is required.

优先考虑在分子克隆、细胞系构建与培养、信号通路转导、FACS、病毒包装，蛋白纯化等方面有实际实验室经验者。

Hands-on experience in lab work such as molecular cloning, cell line construction and culture, signal transduction, FCAS, virus package and protein purification is highly preferred.

有高通量筛选及细胞活性评价，蛋白结构与功能研究的相关工作经验者最佳。

Familiar with high throughput screening, activity evaluation in cell model, and protein structure based function study will be appreciated.

良好的文献查阅能力,具备跟踪抗体类药物研究及开发抗体发现新技术的主动性。

Good ability in literature searching and review; initiative in tracking study of antibody drugs and develop new technology in antibody discovery.

责任心强，有团队合作意识，善于沟通。

Conscientious, collaborative and skillful in communication.
