Key activities

• Be responsible for managing projects in protein mass spectrum/proteomics

• Be responsible for running the mass spectrum/proteomics lab

• Supervise and train the mass spectrum/proteomics group

• Provide technical solution on the platform and provide guidance with strong trouble-shooting skills

• Overseeing output of the group and ensuring timelines are met

• Monitoring and managing resources

• Ensuring that schedules are met and regulatory guidelines are followed.

• Identifying improvements to processes

• Supporting other project teams

• Communicating changes to timelines and project status'

任职资格：

Requirements

• Ph.D. degree or Master degree with more than 5 years’experience in protein mass spectrum /proteomics

• Through understanding and hands-on experience and proficiency in mass spectrometer

• Hands on experience to related molecular and cell biological techniques, and familiar with related instruments

• Playing a key role in scientific leadership, including study design, literature reference research, project direction, and scientific discussion

• Very strong sense of responsibility, excellent scientific communication skills, and creativity are essential to fullfill the requirements of this job.

• Multitasking, innovative, and result and detail-oriented

• Proactively participating in collaborative projects

• Strong leadership and managerial skills

• Excellent oral and written communication skills both in Chinese and English

• Good laboratory practices and team work skills
