岗位描述：

The Study Director is responsible for managing all phases of animal studies ensuring company strategies are implemented and company goals are achieved. The Study Director will provide expertise in areas of design, implementation and analysis of in vivo, in vitro or toxicology studies and is responsible for reviewing pre-clinical data and reports to monitor overall data quality.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop and train in-house staff for animal studies

2. Provide hands-on technical execution of studies

3. Provide study design and effective protocol development

4. Responsible for study execution and results

5. Develop, approve, and distribute study-related documents and other study tools

6. Manage distribution, collection, and tracking of regulatory documentation for preclinical studies-site personnel to ensure compliance

7. Oversee site qualification, study initiation, and study-closure processes

8. Create metrics, complete data analysis, study reports and presentations

9. Act as key point of contact and facilitate communication across departments, providing relevant information

10. Act as key point of contact for customers by providing regular updates

11. Review adverse events for safety and effectiveness information

12. Track and report progress of studies

任职资格：

REQURIEMENTS

1. Incumbents can meet qualifications for position with a combination of education and experience:

a. Ph.D. degree in biomedical science or related discipline, with 1 year biology/oncology experience in a research and/or clinical environment

b. Master’s Degree with minimum 2 years of experience

2. Must be able to speak and write in fluent Chinese and English

3. Preferred Experience:

a. Knowledge/training in oncology

b. Experience with flow cytometry

c. Experience with syngeneic tumor models

4. Requires significant experience in oncology-related animal studies, preferably small molecules and biologics
