项目管理专员 (PM Specialist )

岗位描述：

• Support and monitor project lifecycles by following up project quotation, kick-off, execution and closure.

• Set up, maintain and facilitate communication channels among project stakeholders.

• Follow up project progress, financial status, logistic and other contracted activities by communicating with internal functional teams and clients to make sure punctual delivery.

• Generate customized tracking datasheet / workflow/ instructions/ regulation per needs.

• Other duties as assigned.

任职资格：

• Bachelor degree or above in Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacology, and other related life science disciplines.

• Experience in CRO or biotech industry is preferred.

• The experience of project management in CRO or biotech company is a plus.

• Demonstrated problem-solving ability, taking into consideration of timeline, quality, and customer relationships.

• Communication skills: able to communicate clearly and succinctly with different audiences.

• Fluent in written and verbal English.
