岗位描述：

•Develop and launch new business development initiatives and options to engage with new clients

•Works closely with functional teams to achieve sales & revenue targets for new accounts.

•Confidently negotiate and close deals for process chemistry, API manufacturing services.

•Update Business Development databases to include opportunities, issues proposals, approved projects, and BD activities and other tracking indices.

•Help set up BU visits and stay involved when customers visit Bengbu.

•In accordance with the development needs of the company and departments, follow up industry trends and competitor dynamics in a timely manner, and grasp market information.

任职资格：

•5-10 years of relevant BD experience. Industry experience in chemical or pharmaceutical process development and/or API manufacturing, strong customer base and network with pharmaceuticals & biotechs is preferred;

•Proven track record in achieving outstanding sales targets.

•In-depth understanding of process chemistry, API manufacturing and GMP regulations.

•Highly motivated, goal orientated, with Can-Do attitude

•Good data security awareness.

•Strong coordination skills, ability to understand complex requirements and execute challenging tasks with cross-functional teams, good team player

•Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and Mandarin

•Master’s degree above, majoring in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Pharmaceutical is preferred.
