TD/OD Supervisor/Manager

岗位描述:

Principal Duties and Accountabilities: (Briefly list only essential functions or core duties fundamental to the performance of the job.)

1. Making training needs analysis according to the business

2. Organizing and rolling out the training courses

3. Developing methodology of organization development

4. Competency modeling

5. Talent identification

6. Succession Planning

7. Core People Development

8. Establishment and Improvement of Training System

9. Rolling out programs as a local BP.

10. Other related tasks

Job Scope: (Include any budget or financial responsibilities and accountabilities the job will be expected to complete effectively in order to deliver the key objectives of the organization.)

任职资格:

Hiring Requirements: (Minimum bona fide occupational qualifications necessary to perform the job at a satisfactory level and consistently applied to all incumbents and applicants.)

Education and Experience:

1. Bachelor's degree or above. Preferably in Human Resources Management or other related disciplines. Post Graduate in Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology or equivalent is highly desirable.

2. 7+ years of relevant experience accumulated in large organizations, preferably in life science industry and in MNCs.

3. Rich knowledge and experience in organization review, talent assessment, talent identification, competence modeling etc.

4. A successful track record of building the system in terms of methodology development and implementation in ERP/her.

5. Be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

6. Highly proficient in verbal and written English and Mandarin.
