岗位描述：

Responsibility: 职责

1. 指导团队确保生物物资的采购合规进行，满足项目成本、交付、质量的需求。

Supervise the team and make sure purchasing of biological items meets projects' cost/delivery/quality requirements in line with purchasing policies and procedures.

2. 保持并提升交付可靠性和质量，降低总成本

To maintain and improve delivery reliability and quality performance and to reduce total costs

3. 按公司战略与关键供应商发展长期战略合作关系

To develop long term strategic relationships with Key Suppliers in line with company strategy

4. 分析、解决采购活动中的问题Analyze and resolve delivery, quality and various issues in purchasing activities

5. 维护清晰的业务流程，与内外部相关部门保持高效沟通

To build and maintain clear SOP and maintain effective communication with internal and outer stakeholders

6. 供应商管理：开发、评估供应商，改进现有供应商绩效水平

Identify potential vendors, evaluate suppliers, and improve cost/delivery/quality performance of current suppliers

7. 按公司政策流程寻找生物试剂与耗材的供应商

Source biological reagents and consumables vendors to meet projects' requirements in line with purchasing policies and procedures.

8. 与供应商谈判，获得最优报价

Negotiate with suppliers for the most competitive offer.

9. 管理采购订单，满足项目需求

Initiate orders to suppliers to meet project cost/delivery/quality requirements.

10. 订单问题、付款问题的跟进

Follow-up order execution & payment issues with suppliers, warehouse, logistics and finance.

11. 处理内部用户的质量投诉

Handle quality complaints from inner clients.

12. 确保所有采购活动合法合规

Ensure all purchasing activities in compliance with established laws, policies and ethical principles.

13. 采购业务报告

Initiate regular report on purchasing activities.

14. 完成上级交办的其他任务

Complete other work assigned by supervisors.

任职资格：

Requirements: 技能要求

1. 生物类相关专业本科以上学历

Biology related Bachelor degree or above

2. 5年以上采购工作经验，2年以上管理经验

More than 5 years’ experience in procurement, with at least 2 years’ management experience.

3. 3年以上药业或生命科学行业工作经验

More than 3 years’ pharma/life science industry experience

4. 较强的谈判、分析与解决问题能力

Strong negotiation, analysis and problem solving skills

5. 较强的领导技能和沟通技巧

Strong leadership skills and communications

6. 英语读写熟练

Skillful in English writing and reading
