岗位描述：

 领导并指导团队确保化学CMC业务原材料、服务及设备设施的采购合规实施，满足项目成本、交付、质量的需求。

Lead and Supervise the team and make sure purchasing of CMC raw materials, services and equipment meets projects' cost/delivery/quality requirements in line with purchasing policies and procedures.

 保持并提升采购交付可靠性和质量，降低总成本

To maintain and improve delivery reliability and quality performance and to reduce total costs

 按公司战略与关键供应商发展长期战略合作关系

To develop long term strategic relationships with Key Suppliers in line with company strategy

 分析、解决采购活动中的问题

Analyze and resolve delivery, quality and various issues in purchasing activities

 维护清晰的业务流程，与内外部相关部门保持高效沟通

To build and maintain clear SOP and maintain effective communication with internal and outer stakeholders

 供应商管理：开发、评估供应商，改进现有供应商绩效水平

Identify potential vendors, evaluate suppliers, and improve cost/delivery/quality performance of current suppliers

 按公司政策流程管理供应商开发

Manage sourcing vendors to meet projects' requirements in line with purchasing policies and procedures.

 与供应商谈判，获得最优报价

Negotiate with suppliers for the most competitive offer.

 管理采购订单，满足项目需求

Initiate orders to suppliers to meet project cost/delivery/quality requirements.

 订单问题、付款问题的跟进

Follow-up order execution & payment issues with suppliers, warehouse, logistics and finance.

 处理内部用户的质量和服务投诉

Handle quality & service complaints from inner clients.

 确保所有采购活动合法合规

Ensure all purchasing activities in compliance with established laws, policies and ethical principles.

 采购业务报告

Initiate regular report on purchasing activities.

 完成上级交办的其他任务

Complete other work assigned by supervisors.

任职资格：

 本科以上学历，最好是化学相关专业

 Bachelor degree or above，better in Chemistry or related

 5年以上采购工作经验，2年以上管理经验

 More than 5 years’ experience in procurement, with at least 2 years’ management experience.

 3年以上药业或生命科学行业工作经验

 More than 3 years’ pharma/life science industry experience

 较强的谈判、分析与解决问题能力

 Strong negotiation, analysis and problem-solving skills

 较强的领导技能和沟通技巧

 Strong leadership skills and communications

 中英文读写熟练

 Skillful in Chinese and English writing and reading
