任职资格：

Bachelor degree or above in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacology, and other related life science disciplines.

>10 years project management experience in CRO or biopharma industry

Strong project management experience in CRO or biotech company

Good understanding of CRO project life-cycle and project management process, proven track record improving PM processes, e.g. quotations, project data tracking and analysis

Excellent communication skills, strong ability to engage leaders, partners, stakeholders, peers, cross-functional team members.

Demonstrated excellent organizational skills, problem-solving ability

Strong customer service mindset, customer-oriented, result oriented

Proven track record of management and leadership skills, evidence of progressing management responsibility in CRO or Biopharma industry Excellent organizational skills
