保诺科技招聘研究员！全新组建的团队，关注细胞免疫疗法最前沿科技。理想候选人将受到相应训练，直接和国际制药公司顶尖科学家一起工作，进行癌症免疫学领域的研究。职位名称根据候选人实际工作经验决定。

候选人应符合以下条件（1-3项至少满足2条）：

细胞和分子生物学、生物工艺学、生物化学、基因学或其他相关领域的硕士，3年以上工作经验；

所需技能如下：

1. 常规分子生物学技术：熟悉克隆构建、载体设计、质粒抽提和鉴定及序列分析；有质粒多片段连接如Gibson经验者优先。

2. 噬菌体展示技术：有噬菌体文库建立、选择和文库筛选经验者从优考虑；

3. 细胞生物学工艺：有哺乳动物细胞培养、质粒转染和稳转细胞株筛选经验；熟悉基于流式细胞仪 (FACS) 的分析方法，有细胞分选仪及单克隆细胞筛选经验者优先.

4. 英文交流能力：英语口语流利，英语书写和记录能力强。

5. 个性方面：分析能力突出，关注细节，做事有条理、高效率，善于解决问题，适应能力强，独立性高但同时能在跨职能团队中进行团队工作。

Scientist of Molecular Biology

（Location ：Shanghai）

Several exciting openings, as Scientist in a brand new team that will focus on the most recent technology of cell based immunotherapy. The ideal candidate will be trained and working directly with Top scientists from an international Pharma, to conduct research in Cancer Immunotherapy field. The title will be based on the actual experience of candidates.

Candidates are expected to meet the following requirements (at least two of item 1 to 3) :

MS with more than 3 years experience in cell and molecular biology, biotechnology, biochemistry, genetics or any other relevant areas.

Skill sets including:

1. Standard molecular biology technique: Experience in molecular biology including standard cloning techniques, plasmid extraction and identification and sequence analysis; preferring people with experience in multi fragments assembly such as Gibson assembly is a plus.

2. Phage display technique: Anyone with experience of phage library building, selection and phage library screening is preferred;

3. Cell biology skill: Mammalian cell culture, plasmid transfection and stable cell line selection; familiar with FACS based cell analysis and/ or cell sorting, high priority for people with cell sorter operation and single cell cloning experience;

4. English communication skill: fluent English speaking and strong ability in recording experiment;

5. Personality: analytical, detail-oriented, organized, efficient, problem-solver, adaptable, independent but also works well in a cross-functional team.
