岗位描述：

Be involved in mAb drug discovery and engineering activities under the clients’ requirements as scientist

Key responsibility:

Develop therapeutic antibodies and work on biological drug discovery projects, including hybridoma exploration, antibody humanization, antibody optimization and function characterization, small to medium scale antibody expression and purification.

治疗性抗体及生物药研发项目工作，包括杂交瘤、抗体人源化、抗体优化及功能特性研究、中小量抗体表达和纯化。

任职资格：

1. M.S/ Ph.D. with relevant experience in molecular biology and cell biology, or bioinformatics.

2. Previous experience with antibody work, especially in antibody homology model generation or structure analysis is preferred.

3. Good oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese

1. 硕士/博士，具有分子生物学和细胞生物学或者生物信息学相关经验。

2. 具有抗体相关工作经验者，尤其是具有抗体建模和结构分析背景者优先考虑。

3. 具有良好的中英文沟通能力。
